1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3Member Account Management

When registering an account at Garuda888, you are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your username, password, or any login details with anyone, including family members or friends.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by someone else who gained access to it. Garuda888 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

• All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date at all times.

• Your password must be at least eight characters long and contain a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.

12Amendments & Changes to Terms

It is each member's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions regularly. Continued use of the Garuda888 after the effective date of any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account.

13Account Suspension and Closure

Garuda888 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that a member has engaged in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team Garuda888. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to the registered payment method once all reviews are complete.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the platform Garuda888. Any dispute arising between a member and Garuda888 shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step 2: If no resolution is reached within 14 days, the complaint may be escalated to senior management, who will review the case within 30 days.
• Step 3: If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration.

These Terms & Conditions are effective from 1 July 2026 and supersede all previous versions. The Bahasa Melayu version is the official version for Malaysian players.
